This
recipe has been floating around Pinterest for about the last week. So I decided to give it a try. It was pretty darn good. The only thing I'd change about the recipe is adding the peppers about an hour to 45 minutes before making the fajitas. I detest mushy peppers and cooking them along with the chicken is a guaranteed recipe for mushiness.
Also, it didn't take eight hours to cook. I used fresh chicken breasts and they were done in about four hours.
